Type D (770 sq ft) and Type C (817 sq ft) are the two-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts, C being the larger of the pair.

Type E (1,010 sq ft) is the single-storey three-bedroom with two bathrooms.

Type G (1,239 sq ft) and Type F (1,252 sq ft) are duplexes — three bedrooms and three bathrooms each, with the living, dining, kitchen and a yard on the lower floor and the master suite plus a second suite above, connected by an internal staircase. The double-height volume over the living area is the part you feel walking in.
