No unit floor plans have been published. The only drawing in circulation is an unlabelled architect’s typical-floor sheet. Ask for the stamped per-type plan before you commit — on a 743 sq ft two-bedroom the layout is the whole product.
It is a mixed-use building. Six shop lots on the ground floor, six offices on Level 1 and four sky retail units on Level 32 sit alongside the 361 homes. That keeps the ground plane alive but it also means shared lifts, shared entry and commercial traffic.
Leasehold to 2119, on a commercial title under HDA. The housing-development protections apply but the tenure is not freehold, and assessment and utility tariffs may follow the commercial schedule.
