Single storey, thirteen houses, covered porch to each. No stairs, and a row small enough that the street stays quiet and the whole thing is one construction phase. Seri Mahkota Permai is an established Kuantan neighbourhood rather than a new township.
Why Taman Mahkota May Not Suit You
Thirteen houses means no facilities and no management. No guardhouse, no playground, no shared space. Road and drain upkeep falls to the council and to neighbourly agreement. That keeps outgoings at zero, but it is not a gated scheme.
The choice is thirteen houses, and six of them are the four-bedroom. If you want Type B you are choosing from six. Ask what is unsold before you plan around a type, and walk the actual lot — on a row this short, position matters more than usual.
It is a small infill row in an established area. That means the neighbourhood is already what it is going to be — there is no township build-out coming and no new amenity layer planned. Whether that is the appeal or the drawback depends on what you want.
