How the Two Towers and the Podium Fit Together

Each tower is a long slab with two lift cores and 32 units on a typical floor. Two-bedroom Type B units fill most of the plate. Eight of the ten studios sit together in the middle of one side, with one more at each end of the other side, and the four three-bedroom Type C units take the corners. The developer’s key plan labels one long side Hill View and the other Genting View, and every unit type appears on both, so the outlook depends on which side of the corridor you pick.

Below the towers is a deep podium. The ground and upper-ground levels hold Breeze Hill Shoppes, 90 retail units facing the main road. Above them are three levels of parking for the shops and seven levels for the apartments, and the facility deck sits on the roof of that podium between and around the two towers. Residents arrive at one of three dedicated drop-off areas.

The facility deck is long rather than square. A jogging path runs its full length on the hill side. The main swimming pool with an infinity edge, the pool deck and a heated jacuzzi face the Genting side near Tower 2, and a family pool, the cantilever viewing deck and two pocket-camp lawns sit in the middle. The children’s wading pool, water play, rope play and playgrounds are near Tower 1. Indoor rooms include a gym, an elderly gym, a changing room with sauna, a games room, a children’s playroom that doubles as a co-working space, function rooms, a surau and the management office.

Three plans, one per bedroom count. The 431 sq ft Type A is a studio with a walk-in wardrobe and no balcony.
