Type A (520 sq ft) and Type B1 (529 sq ft) sit on almost the same footprint as the studio but put a walled bedroom into it. The trade is straightforward: a door and a separate room, against a larger open living area. Both are one bedroom, one bathroom.
Type D (770 sq ft) and Type C (817 sq ft) are the two-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts, C being the larger of the pair.
Type E (1,010 sq ft) is the single-storey three-bedroom with two bathrooms.

The address is the Medini zone itself. Legoland, the Mall of Medini, Gleneagles Hospital Medini and the Educity campuses — Newcastle University, University of Southampton, Marlborough College — are all inside the same planned zone. The Second Link is the crossing that serves this side, which is a shorter run to Tuas than the Causeway route.
Why Elysia Park Residence May Not Suit You
The lease is 129 years, to 2137, and conversion is a process rather than a given. The Medini package makes freehold conversion available, but it is a step you have to take with paperwork and cost attached. Do not treat the title as already converted when you compare this against a genuinely freehold project.
It launched in 2015 and is completed. That removes construction risk, but it also means the building is no longer new, the surrounding Medini blocks have filled in as they have filled in, and what you see on the site visit is the finished article rather than a render. Go and look before you decide.
Medini is a planned zone, not an organic township. It is car-led, the density of daily amenities is thinner than an established Johor Bahru neighbourhood, and it draws its character from Legoland and the university campuses. If you want the noise and convenience of a mature area, this is the opposite of that.
