The lot runs about 34 ft by 100 ft, with a 15 ft backyard. That is a genuinely large plot for a single-storey house, and the fifteen feet behind is where a covered wet kitchen or a proper garden goes later. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sit on one level with no stairs.
Room for about four cars. Two under the covered porch and more on the driveway, per the developer’s own scale model. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, and the title is freehold residential.
Why Taman Pelangi May Not Suit You
There is no statutory panel in the developer’s material. Neither the e-brochure nor the summary carries a developer licence or advertising permit number. Ask for both in writing before you place a booking.
Kuala Kurau is a fishing town at the end of the road. Bagan Serai is inland, Parit Buntar and Nibong Tebal are north, Taiping is south — all of them a drive. There is no rail and no large retail. Budget one car per working adult and expect to shop out of town.
