A Family-Size Plan Near Two LRT Lines
Every M Mira layout has at least three bedrooms, so the project is aimed at households rather than single buyers. The largest plan, Type C, fits five bedrooms and three bathrooms into 1,050 sq ft, which is unusual at this size in the city.
Rail access is the other draw. Mah Sing gives Sri Rampai LRT Station as about 650 m away and Wangsa Maju LRT Station as about 820 m, both on the Kelana Jaya Line, and plans a shuttle service to the LRT. The planned MRT3 Circle Line stations at Setapak and Rejang would add a second line once built.

M Mira sits in Taman Sri Rampai, in the residential pocket between Setapak and Wangsa Maju. AEON Mall Wangsa Maju is about 500 m away, Giant Hypermarket Setapak about 2 km, and Setapak Central, NSK Wangsa Maju and Sunway Wangsa Mall are all in the same corridor.

Why Buy at M Mira
Room for a family. Even the smallest plan has three bedrooms, and Type C fits five bedrooms and three bathrooms into 1,050 sq ft. Few new condominiums in the city offer five bedrooms at this size.
Two LRT stations and a mall within walking range. Sri Rampai LRT is about 650 m away, Wangsa Maju LRT about 820 m, and AEON Mall Wangsa Maju about 500 m. A developer shuttle to the LRT is planned as well.
Residential title and a known neighbourhood builder. The land carries a Residential title, not a commercial one, and this is Mah Sing's fifth project in Setapak and Wangsa Maju, so buyers can visit its earlier towers nearby.
Why M Mira May Not Suit You
Key details still unpublished. No advertising permit or completion date has been published yet. Buyers should read the permit panel and the SPA before booking.
Rooms over space. Packing four or five rooms into 900 to 1,050 sq ft means some rooms will be small. Buyers who want a large living area may prefer fewer, bigger rooms.
Not freehold. The land was reported as leasehold when Mah Sing bought it, and the lease term is not yet public. Buyers who want freehold should look elsewhere.

Which unit should you choose at M Mira?
M Mira in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur suits most families best as a Type B: four bedrooms and two bathrooms in 900 sq ft, with a yard behind the kitchen. It adds a fourth bedroom for just 100 sq ft more than Type A, and is 150 sq ft smaller than the five-bedroom Type C.

- The fourth bedroom is small, drawn with a single bed, but it gives a child or a home office its own door. Type B also gains a yard for laundry, which the 800 sq ft Type A plan does not have.
