The stated completion date has already passed. The developer estimated Q1 2026. Ask directly whether the houses are finished, at what stage the remaining work sits, and whether vacant possession has been issued — and get the answer in writing before you place a booking.
The land is leasehold. The title is individual, which is good, but the tenure is not freehold. That affects the resale process and the financing conversation two decades out. Ask for the remaining lease term before you commit.
