Is Sierra Beringin Right For You?
Why Buy at Sierra Beringin
Four bedrooms in both house types, on the same 20 ft by 70 ft lot. Single storey or double storey, the room count does not change — only whether you want them on one level or two. That is a rare choice to be given without also changing the lot.
A pillarless car porch. No column in the middle of the parking bay. It sounds minor until you have opened a car door into one for five years, and it is not something you can change afterwards. Both types also get separate dry and wet kitchens.
Phase 1 is already built. You are not buying into an empty field — the neighbourhood, the roads and the landscaping exist and can be walked. RTC Gopeng is about 220 m away and Mydin about 300 m, so daily shopping is genuinely on the doorstep.

- Blu Bayu if you want no stairs: all four bedrooms and both bathrooms on one 20' x 46' floor, and a 24 ft deep car porch against Breezzy's 22 ft.
