Layout & Floor Plan
Type A (425 sq ft) — an open studio measuring 4,650mm across by 8,500mm deep. The bathroom and entry sit at the rear of the plan so the full window width stays clear, with the air-conditioning ledge tucked at the far corner. It is a single uninterrupted volume; how you divide it is up to the furniture.
Type A1 (450 sq ft) — the same principle at 4,915mm wide, 25 sq ft larger. The additional width goes into the living zone rather than the service areas.

Location & Connectivity
The site is a short walk from the Saloma Link, which crosses the Klang River into the KLCC precinct — the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC and KLCC Park are all on the far side of that bridge. Kampung Baru LRT station is the nearest rail stop on the Kelana Jaya line, with the KLCC and Ampang Park stations a further stop along.
By road, Jalan Tun Razak runs along the eastern edge of the neighbourhood and connects onward to the SMART Tunnel, the Ampang–Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway and the DUKE. Jalan Ampang leads west into the city centre and east toward Ampang and Gombak.

You can walk to KLCC. The Saloma Link lands beside the site and crosses straight into the KLCC precinct — Twin Towers, Suria, KLCC Park all on the far side of that bridge. Very few addresses at this size let you leave the car at home for a night out in the city centre.
