Why Buy at Taman Harmoni Vista
Twenty corner units get a 180-degree sea view and two car park bays. Type A1 is the one to ask about: same 850 sq ft three-bedroom plan as the rest, but on the corner with the wider outlook and double the parking. There are twenty of them in Tower A, so they go early.
Sea in front, hills behind, on Jalan Teluk Kumbar. That is a genuinely unusual position on Penang island — most coastal stock has development behind it rather than a ridge. Schools and the fish market are within about 800 m, and Penang International Airport is roughly 5 km away.
A Level 6 recreation deck on an 85-unit tower. The swimming pool, children’s playground and multipurpose hall sit on a deck shared by eighty-five homes rather than several hundred. Every unit is 850 sq ft with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Why Taman Harmoni Vista May Not Suit You
Tower A is an affordable-housing scheme, so you buy through the state. It is registered under Rumah MutiaraKu, which means eligibility criteria, a state application process and the resale conditions that come with that category. Check whether you qualify before you plan around a unit.
Only Tower A is on sale here. Tower B sits under a different affordable-housing tier and is not part of this offering. The eighty-five units in Tower A are what is available, and twenty of those are the corner type — so the practical choice is narrower than a two-tower development suggests.
One car park bay for most units, and two lifts. Type A gets a single bay; only the twenty corner units get two. On a coastal address with no rail that is a real constraint for a two-car household, and there is no third lift for sixteen storeys.
