Why SCP Westfield Residences May Not Suit You
Completion is Q1 2031. That is more than four years of waiting, and the whole build is still on paper. If you need somewhere to live in the next year or two, this is the wrong project. Read the SPA delivery clause and look at how SCP Property has performed on handover dates before you commit.
It is a dense scheme. 928 units across two 44-storey towers, thirteen to a floor. Five lifts per tower is generous, but peak-hour mornings in a building this size are still peak-hour mornings, and the facilities are shared by a large community. If low density is what you are after, this is not it.
USJ 1 is a working interchange, not a quiet suburb. KESAS, the NPE and the LDP all meet here, and the site sits beside an established commercial strip rather than open green. The trade you are making is convenience and connectivity in exchange for traffic, activity and an urban outlook.
