400 m From a Rail Interchange
The pitch is transit. USJ 7 is where the LRT Kelana Jaya Line meets the BRT Sunway Line, and the developer plans a covered walkway from Trybe to the station. On the Kelana Jaya Line the ride runs through SS15 and KL Sentral to KLCC; on the BRT it reaches Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Medical Centre and the Monash and Sunway university campuses. The developer notes that the walkway may still be revised.
The other theme is flexibility. Both layouts have hackable walls, Type B is drawn with a dual-key provision, and the two facilities named so far, a podcast studio and a collab room, lean towards working and creating from home. The building carries a provisional GreenRE Silver rating and a speed-ramp car park, and it connects to the KESAS, LDP, NPE and ELITE highways.

A service apartment, so check the title. The developer markets Trybe as a service apartment, which in Malaysia usually means commercial land and higher quit rent and assessment than a residential title. The land title has not been published, so check it in the SPA.

Which unit should you choose at Trybe Residences?
Trybe Residences in SJ7, Subang Jaya suits most households best as a Type B: three bedrooms in 920 sq ft, 190 sq ft more than the two-bedroom Type A, plus a provision for dual key. Both have two bathrooms, and they are the only two layouts released so far.
- Why Type B
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 share Bath 2 on one side, away from the master. The en-suite master is beside the foyer, where dashed partitions mark how its wing can be locked off on a separate key. One Bedroom 2 wall is hackable.
- Pick differently if
- Type A (730 sq ft) suits a couple or single owner: two bedrooms side by side, an en-suite master and two hackable walls (kitchen and Bedroom 2), but no dual-key provision.
- Check before you book
- Trybe is pre-launch: no completion date, unit count or land title has been published yet. The developer markets it as a service apartment, so ask for the land title and completion date in writing before you book.
