Harmonie is a three-storey, five-bedroom house. Four bathrooms, five bedrooms, on a lot of about 20 ft by 78 ft or deeper. There are twelve of them. If you need the room count without moving to a semi-detached, that is the layout to ask about.
Freehold on a residential title, with lots of 20 ft by 70 ft and deeper. The Sérénité run sits on the deeper lots, which is where the rear garden comes from. Every house gets a two-car driveway, and the Jawi interchange puts the expressway a short drive away.
Why Taman Seri Valdor May Not Suit You
It is not a gated and guarded scheme. The developer’s own summary leaves the security row blank, so we do not describe it as one. No perimeter, no guardhouse, no monthly security charge. If a manned entrance matters, this development does not offer it.
Only seven Joie units and twelve Harmonie units exist. Two of the three types are small runs. The practical choice for most buyers is Sérénité, and if you have set your heart on the three-storey plan you should ask what is left before doing anything else.
Handover is targeted Q1 2027 and it is still a site. The scheme was about 72.5 per cent built in June 2026. That is a reasonable position but it is not finished. Ask for the current stage and read the SPA delivery clause.
