Why Buy at Daya 1 Residences
Six lifts per tower for fourteen units a floor. That is roughly double what most towers in this segment give the same floor plate, and it is the one specification you cannot renovate your way out of after you move in. Four passenger lifts plus two fireman and service lifts, per tower.
3,000 mm internal ceiling height. The segment standard is 2,600 to 2,800 mm, so this is 200 to 400 mm more air above your head in every room. It is the kind of thing you do not notice on a floor plan and notice immediately when you walk in.
The commercial centre already exists. TD Central and the Taman Daya shop row sit next door — Public Bank, Maybank, CIMB and BSN branches among them. That is a mature amenity layer rather than a retail podium promised for a later phase, and it is backed by four road connections plus the EDL through Exit 255C.
Why Daya 1 Residences May Not Suit You
Completion is Q3 2029. Four years of waiting on a building that does not exist yet. Read the SPA delivery clause and look at how Keck Seng has performed on handover before you commit — a listed developer is not the same as a guaranteed date.
852 units is a large community. The lift ratio is genuinely good, but the facility deck is shared by both towers and peak-hour mornings in a building this size are still peak-hour mornings. If you want a small development, this is not it.
Types A3 and B2 are almost theoretical. They exist only on Tower A Level 4 and there are a handful of each. They are shown here because the developer prints them, but do not plan around getting one — ask what is actually available before you fall in love with the private enclosed space.
