A double-height void over the living area. That is the feature you cannot add to a finished house, and on a semi-detached with light on two sides it is what makes the ground floor work. An alarm system and an auto gate point come as standard.
Four houses, on a 35 ft by 70 ft lot, freehold and individually titled. This is not a township — it is four semi-detached houses. You are buying a specific plot in the main town of Hilir Perak, where the hospital, the schools and the market are already in place.
Why Intan Grove May Not Suit You
There are only four houses. No facilities, no management, no shared anything — and no second chance if the plot you want goes. Ask what is unsold before you spend any time on this, because the whole scheme is four plots.
There is no statutory panel in the developer’s material. The flyer ends with a contact block. No developer licence and no advertising permit number appear anywhere. Ask for both in writing before you place a booking.
Teluk Intan is not a commuter address. Ipoh is about ninety minutes by road and the expressway is reached via Bidor or Tapah. There is no rail in the town. This suits buyers with roots in Hilir Perak, not people commuting elsewhere.
