Same land, same street, nearly double the built-up — so the choice is genuinely about how much house you want, not about which plot you can get.
Four bedrooms in both types, and four bathrooms in the double storey. One bathroom per bedroom on the two-storey plan is unusual at this size. Both types carry a separate wet and dry kitchen, and the double storey adds a family area and a balcony upstairs.
The Simpang Pulai interchange is the point of the address. It puts you straight onto the North-South Expressway and onto the Cameron Highlands road, with Ipoh city a short run north. The title is individual and the porch takes two cars.
Why Raia Saujana 3 May Not Suit You
