Eleven Houses, With Phase 1 Already Standing
The scheme sits on 9.5 acres and is being released in three small phases. Phase 1, Plots 55 to 72, is fully sold and finished, with the developer applying for its CCC. Phase 2 is the 11 houses on Plots 44 to 54, and it is the only phase currently cleared to be advertised.
That order matters for a buyer. A completed first phase on the same land shows what the developer actually delivers, and you can look at those houses before signing for one in Phase 2.
The plan gives every bedroom a toilet close by. Downstairs, Bedroom 4 sits at the back next to Toilet 1 and the kitchen. Upstairs the master bedroom has its own toilet and a closet area behind a front balcony, and Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the floor with two more toilets and a family area.
Ceilings are tall for a terrace: the Summary gives 3.5 metres in the living room and 5 metres in the upstairs family room, with 3 metres in the bedrooms. The houses are handed over bare, with water-heater and air-conditioner points but no air-conditioner piping.

Is Taman Seri Bedu Right For You?
Why Buy at Taman Seri Bedu
Phase 1 is already built. The first 18 houses on the same land are finished and sold out. You can judge the developer's workmanship in person before committing to Phase 2.
Four bedrooms, four toilets. Every bedroom has a toilet beside it, including the downstairs bedroom, and the master suite adds a closet area and a balcony. Mornings in a full house are easier.
Tall rooms and no monthly fee. Ceilings run to 3.5 metres in the living room and 5 metres in the upstairs family room, and the Summary lists no maintenance fee or sinking fund.
Why Taman Seri Bedu May Not Suit You
Not for buyers who need a date. Phase 2 construction only begins once SPAs are signed, and no completion date has been published. If you must move in by a fixed time, this is not the scheme.
Thin published information. Beyond the Summary and the floor plan, the developer has released little that can be quoted: no lot sizes and no distance list. Visit the site and ask for the land area of your plot in writing.
Bare and open. Houses come bare with a cement porch, and there is no security provision listed. Budget for fittings, air-conditioner piping and your own gate and alarm.
